For many years, we have acted on behalf of RAK Publishing Ltd, an independent music publishing company, part of the renowned RAK Recording Studios Complex founded by the legendary record producer Mickey Most.  We have provided rating advice to RAK on the last four rating lists and have recently successfully negotiated a reduction in their 2005 List rateable value from £136,000 to £86,000.  This reduction has produced rate payment savings on the 2005 List, together with knock-on savings into the 2010 List of approximately £220,000.
