History

The origins of our practice date from 1984. We have evolved through training, progression and retention of key professionals to become an established, specialist property consultancy.

Surveyors and Planners

Unusually for the property sector, we combine the professional services provided by Chartered Surveyors and Members of the Royal Town Planning Institute. On many schemes, surveying and planning issues are inextricably linked. Combining these skills in one practice means that we can provide comprehensive advice.

We invest in our staff, by encouraging them to acquire relevant professional qualifications and thereafter through career and professional development.
